(b) The conditions under which refunds may be issued

Please note that while we strive to offer a seamless return and refund process, certain conditions and guidelines must be followed to maintain product integrity and fairness for all.
What You Can Return — And When?
You are eligible to return a product or request a refund in the following situations:

(a) You received a damaged, broken, or leaking perfume bottle

(b) The product you received is completely different from what you ordered

(c) The product received is visibly different from how it appeared online

(d) The wrong size, variant, or quantity was delivered

(e) You received a tampered or empty package
IMPORTANT: For any such issues, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened from the start. This is a mandatory requirement. Without this video proof, your claim will not be processed.
What Products Cannot Be Returned?
Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted for the following:

(a) Products that have been used, unsealed, or sprayed

(b) Perfume bottles with broken safety seals

(c) Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective)

(d) Customized gift boxes or limited-edition sets

(e) Any item returned without original packaging, invoice, or tags
Conditions for Returning Products
If your return is approved, please make sure:

(a) The product is returned in original, unused condition

(b) All packaging, branding, seals, and labels remain intact

(c) You include the original invoice or proof of purchase

(d) You return the product within 7 days of receiving it
If pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to courier the product to our return address.

After review and approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method or bKash/store credit, depending on the case.

Order Cancellation Policy

(a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement

(b) If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible
